Everybody's body is different. What works for one person, could be ineffective for another.  Getting in shape is 80% diet, 20% exercise. There is no diet that works for everyone, but there are certain things that work for people, and it is up to you to find out if it works for your body. 

When it comes to getting in shape, it is not about a diet with an expiration date. You can't eat whatever you want and expect to lose weight. ​​If you want eat healthy and be in the best shape you've been in in your entire life, it will take hard work and dedication. Once you start seeing results, you will want to keep going.  It really is life changing.  

People will  support you. People will try to stop you and tear you down. Never quit. If someone tries to bring you down, it only means you are above them.​​

When it comes down to it, its about how determined you are to succeed, how bad you want to be a winner, how bad you want to prove to everyone who said you couldn't do it that they were wrong. It's not easy, but nothing in life worth having comes easy.
